YOU?

Here at Neuma, we believe that part of feeling happy in your body is understanding that every body is a moving body, and how to move yours well.

Prolonging the benefits from bodywork can be achieved by securing positive mind-body connections through movement. Our team of movement instructors are here to guide your body through movement patterns that are adaptable for all bodies and all ranges of motion. If YouTube workout videos, self-rehabbing injuries, or guessing your way around the gym isn’t getting you the results you want, a guided movement session or group class may be just what you need to gain momentum in your wellness journey.

60min Guided Movement Session

The GYROTONIC® Method

The original and unique GYROTONIC® Method addresses the entire person by opening energy pathways, stimulating the nervous system, increasing range of motion, and improving strength and movement efficiency. Using specialized equipment to support and challenge the body, each movement flows into the next, allowing the joints to move through a natural range of motion without jarring or compression. Carefully crafted sequences create balance, efficiency, strength, and flexibility. For more information, visit here.

“I highly recommend the beginner's yoga class taught by Gina. She is warm, positive and patient with those completely new to the practice of yoga. I find her classes to be a safe and encouraging place for women who are looking to work on strength, toning, focus. The calm I feel after class is so helpful for restful sleep, something that is often elusive in post-menopausal years. Highly recommend!”

“The space inside Neuma is calm and welcoming and allows me to have a quiet meditative session. Having a previous back injury that led to sciatica, I have found that regular movement and stretching help keep me pain-free and moving fluidly. With Gyrotonic®, I am able to work with the natural range of motion of my body in a safe manner allowing me to expand that range and strength a little more each time.”

”Gina is a wonderful yoga instructor. She is patient and encouraging. She makes sure each class is accessible to everybody regardless of size, strength and experience. I recently had a surgery that kept me from practicing yoga and she made sure to check in and offer kind words of encouragement when I wasn't healing as quickly as I had hoped. Her yoga flows provide the stretching and strength conditioning that I crave in a session!

”As a dancer, it is crucial to maintain a brain-body connection, to know and feel exactly what I’m doing. Taking lessons with Angelina has helped me understand the depth of my movement both on an anatomical and energetic level.”
