As partners in your wellness journey, our therapists are here to provide you with evidence-based and result-oriented therapeutic treatments with compassion. 

What we ask of you: 

  • Please arrive early (5-10 min) for your appointment in clean and comfortable clothing. 

  • Identify and discuss goals for your session with your therapist. 

  • Relax and breathe through your session

Cancellation Policy

When you make an appointment for us, we hold that space open for you, your wellness journey, and we guard its sacred nature. We also understand that plans change and unforeseen events arise. Please understand, out of respect for our practitioners, we observe a firm 48-hour cancellation policy. Appointments that are canceled within 48 hours are subject to the total treatment cost. Additionally, if you are more than 15 minutes tardy to your appointment with no communication, your appointment will be marked as a No-Show, and will be subject to the total treatment cost. If you have any questions regarding our cancellation policy, please email us at hello@neuma.space or contact us at (520) 288-0663 and leave a message.

Gift Cards

As a small business, we kindly ask that gift cards be redeemed within 12 months of purchase. Gift cards that are not redeemed or remain inactive for 12 months from date of purchase are subject to a 50% card balance reactivation fee. All gift card sales are final and non-refundable. Please note, that due to our collective practice gift cards are redeemable with Jason Grey, Angelina Lin Hannum, and Bobi Jo Stechcon, only.
